This Client Service Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for credit repair services provided by Fresh Credit Path LLC.
By enrolling in our services, the client agrees to the terms outlined in this agreement.
2. Services Provided
Fresh Credit Path LLC provides credit education and assistance with disputing inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information on credit reports.
Services may include:
• Credit report analysis
• Preparation and submission of dispute letters
• Credit education and recommendations
• Ongoing dispute follow-ups
Fresh Credit Path LLC does not make decisions regarding the outcome of disputes. Credit bureaus and creditors determine final results.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Fresh Credit Path LLC does not guarantee:
• Removal of any specific negative item
• A specific credit score increase
• Approval for loans or financing
Each credit profile is unique and results may vary.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
• Provide accurate personal information
• Provide access to credit reports if necessary
• Respond promptly to requests for documentation
• Follow recommended credit-building strategies
Failure to cooperate may delay the credit repair process.
5. Fees and Payment
Clients agree to pay service fees according to the selected service plan.

Fees may include:
• Initial setup fee (if applicable)
• Monthly service fee
Payment schedules and billing terms will be provided before enrollment.
6. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services at any time by contacting Fresh Credit Path LLC.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to prevent future charges.
7. Client Right to Cancel (3-Day Rule)
Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act, clients have the right to cancel their credit repair contract within three business days after signing the agreement without penalty.
8. Limitation of Liability
Fresh Credit Path LLC shall not be held responsible for:
• Credit bureau decisions
• Creditor responses to disputes
• Financial decisions made by the client
• Delays caused by third parties
9. Privacy
Fresh Credit Path LLC respects client privacy and protects personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Agreement Acceptance
By enrolling in services with Fresh Credit Path LLC, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to this Client Service Agreement.
